Hailey joined Capital Wealth Planning (CWP) in 2023, her role consists of handling marketing and administrative tasks for the Advisor Relationship Team. She is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Hailey also spearheads CWP’s event planning, while tracking and budgeting. CWP’s external emailing marketing software is managed by Hailey on a daily basis.

Hailey’s previous experience includes being a Notary Support Analyst and a Sales Order Coordinator. Her knowledge in data reconciliation and data entry comes from the tracking of orders from start to finish. Prior to CWP, she was also involved in verifying the quality control of international companies on a mass global online marketplace.

Hailey holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts from Florida Gulf Coast University in Integrated Studies. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs and cat Mordecai, Rigby, and Anya. Some of her pastimes include watching anime and going to Korean BBQs.
