With over a decade of financial service industry experience, Fran joined Capital Wealth Planning (CWP) in 2026.

In his current role as Northeast Managing Director, Fran’s main responsibilities are to lead the growth and development of CWP in the states of CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, and VT. He plays an essential part in relationship building by providing detail-oriented client education regarding CWP’s separately managed accounts.

Prior to CWP, Fran held similar financial industry roles across Pennsylvania with SEI Investment Company, Envestnet and Lincoln Financial. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, North Carolina.

When not working with advisors, Fran enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids on the beaches of New Jersey. You can also find him cheering his kids on at their sporting events.
