Mariana joined CWP in 2026 as the Office & Technology Support Specialist, where she supports the firm’s daily operations through a combination of technology, administrative, and facilities management services. With a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence, she helps create an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

In her role, Mariana provides technology support, coordinates office operations, assists with employee onboarding, and manages office resources and vendor relationships. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to service help ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day business activities across the organization.

Prior to joining CWP, Mariana spent more than a decade as a certified dog trainer supporting military personnel in Europe, Asia and U.S.A and built a therapy dog program under a military facility in Japan. Her high interest in technology, inspired her to pursue a degree in Information Technology and Cybersecurity Operations, combining her operational expertise with technical knowledge. Mariana enjoys travel, outdoor adventures, and training dogs. She is especially motivated by her daughter, Akiyara, whose encouragement inspires her continued personal and professional growth.
